Request Free CatalogWorking with stone veneers from various quarries and manufacturers was often frustrating. Thin stone veneer from a stoneyard or quarry is brittle by nature and frequently breaks in shipping. It also requires extensive trimming and fitting. This resulted in a great deal of wasted time and product.
We were also often asked to work with manufactured or cultured stone veneer. The biggest drawbacks were that it lacked realism and could not be cut without exposing a raw edge. And there were so many other limitations.
So we started researching thin stone veneers in the hopes we could recommend a superior product to our clients. However, the more we searched the market, the more we realized no good solutions existed. It was then that we decided to get into the veneer stone business.
Creating a Superior Veneer Stone.
We already had found success with our architectural cast stone trims and dimensional veneers. Why not create an authentic stone veneer?
Our development process included extensive research and carefully engineered mix designs. The result was stone veneer that is extremely strong, and has an authentic appearance and feel. Even the weight of the stone is realistic. The finished product complies with all ASTM standards for thin veneer. And real crushed stone was used throughout so that the veneers could be cut and chiseled and still look good. Environmental-friendly dyes and sealers provide enhanced color and longevity.
